Zema Radio respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been reproduced on Zema Radio in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification to our designated DMCA Agent. Your notice must include the following elements:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (e.g., station name, URL, or stream description).

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Important: Please note that Zema Radio is an aggregator platform and does not host or control the content of third-party radio stations. We will forward your DMCA notice to the relevant station operator and take appropriate action in accordance with the law.

Counter-Notifications

If you believe your material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. Include the following:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or Ethiopia if outside the U.S.).

Repeat Infringers

Zema Radio reserves the right to terminate accounts or remove stations that are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
