Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notifications

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or Ethiopia if outside the U.S.).
Repeat Infringers
Zema Radio reserves the right to terminate accounts or remove stations that are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
